Purchase Guidelines
1. No minimum order quantity. Customer can place the order with any quantity, size, designs & colours.
2. Customers are required to place orders in this website.
3. Payment first, then delivery.
4. For shipping cost & delivery, please check from the page of "Shipping & Delivery" for detail.
5. Order-confirmation will be sent to your email account within 24 hours.
6. Kindly make payment within 24hrs after receiving our order-confirmation mail.
7. If you failed to make the payment within 24hrs, the order will be cancelled automatically.
8. Please inform us the bank transaction info by email once banked in the payment.
9. For bank account info, please check from the page of "FAQ" for detail.
10. We do not have any return policy in mind. We always make sure we double check all orders before submitting and try to minimize the goods defect.
11. We try to provide 100% good products and expect long-term cooperation
12. A cancellation fee of RM10.00 will be imposed for any cancellation order(Ready Stock/ Pre-Order Items)
13. We are not liable and responsible for any lost or damaged mail.
14. Measurements and colour indicated are for reference only, it may vary slightly from the actual product due to monitor resolution and lights condition. Please do order only if you agreed.
15. For Pre-Order item, especially those white colour garments, sometimes it MIGHT have slight stains on it and it is totally out of our control since we never view the actual product before. Please do order only if you agreed.
