Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Rates :

1. All the delivery will be handled by PosLaju Malaysia. Once the delivery is proceed, the parcel tracking number will be sent for you through email.
2. Flat rate to all delivery within Malaysia. Flat rate charge: RM8.00
**FREE DELIVERY for all purchases of RM150 or above (West Malaysia & East Malaysia) in a single receipt.
 

Delivery:

Ready Stocks
1. For READY stocks, order will be processed soon after payment is received. You are expected to receive your orders within 3 working days.
2. Delivery only will be proceed by next working day after payment has been received.
3. All the orders placed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday only will be proceed on next Monday.

Pre-Order Stock
1. For PRE-ORDER items, you will receive the goods in estimated 2 weeks period.
(ATTN: The duration is not count from the date of placing order)
Pre-Order Date: 12th-15th of each month. This means we have only 1 batch of pre-order each month.

2. All the pre-order items are imported and processed according to the stock availability and procedures from our supplier. Therefore, sometimes it may take longer time to proceed. Please do order only if you agreed with the waiting period.

3. We cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Delivery times may vary particularly during holiday periods. We cannot guarantee the delivery time but we'll do our best to process your orders as fast as we could.
